Dr. Ramos is the Executive Director of Theos Chrisma Legacy Builders and Dean of Theos Chrisma Theological Institute. He holds multiple advanced religious degrees, is a Certified Life Coach and Peer-to-Peer Recovery Specialist, and with his wife teaches biblical training in leadership, stewardship, servanthood, and emotional health. He wrote “Men Planting Men,” and together they wrote “Building Strong Marriages, Doing it God’s Way” to help men and couples grow in Christ and build strong marriages.
Garlena Ramos is the Administrative Director for Theos Chrisma Legacy Builders and holds degrees in Personnel Management, Christian Counseling (Marriage and Family), and an honorary Doctor of Divinity. She retired from the federal government after 40 years as a Lead Financial Management Specialist and wrote I am NOT a mistake; I am meant to be to help heal the wounds of sexual abuse. She serves as a spiritual advisor to multiple women’s ministries and as Administrative Director for the Portsmouth Consortium of churches and Theos Chrisma Ecclesiastical Hub.

Nicole is a dedicated customer service and operations professional with a people-first approach rooted in compassion and relationship-building. She has experience in administration, human resources, payroll, and customer service, consistently showing excellence, integrity, and a heart for service. Nicole holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College and has pursued further studies in Business Management at Old Dominion University.

Bridget Blackshear-Crocker is the Social Services Director at Theos Chrisma Legacy Builders, Inc., where she leads outreach, support services, and life-impact programs for individuals and families. She also serves as an Intensive Care Coordinator, supporting at-risk youth and their families through care coordination and advocacy, with over a decade of mental health experience. Bridget holds psychology degrees from Virginia State University and Regent University, is a Children’s Ministry leader, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Social Services Director/Treasurer
Rosa has a strong background in education and service, with degrees in English, Counseling, and Supervision and Administration. She brings 20 years of experience as a tax preparer, notary, and financial consultant. Her career also includes over 13 years with SECEP as a Teacher/Counselor and Education Specialist, and service as a School Counselor at Grassfield High School, supporting student growth and well-being.

Toni Bazemore holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling from Regent University and has taught crisis and developmental psychology courses at the former Bethel College. She serves as Community Outreach Coordinator at Mt. Sinai Family Life Christian Center, supporting local shelters and organizations that serve those in need. Toni also serves on the Board of Directors for Chain Breakers and volunteers with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, helping families and children through literacy, food, and clothing support.

Shatyra Colston
Shatyra Colston is a Registered Peer Recovery Specialist and Qualified Mental Health Professional with experience supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. She holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Old Dominion University and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Howard University, focusing on research and evidence-based practice. As Program Director and Outreach Coordinator, she helps lead programs and outreach that advance the mission of empowering individuals through job readiness, mentorship, reentry support, and holistic community services.
Tasha Walker, M.A is a Brand Strategist, Website Manager, and Social Media Professional with over 11 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, and community engagement. She holds a B.A. from Virginia State University and an M.A.in Public Relations from Full Sail University. As the Brand and Website Manager for Theos Chrisma Legacy Builders, Tasha leads the organization’s digital presence through website management, brand development, content strategy, and online storytelling.
